The Roncaglia Group, with the experience gained with the BNL Group thanks to the collaboration with BNL Finance and BNL Positivity, signed a major new agreement with BNL for the management of promotional activities to support its digital sales channel Hello bank!
After having consulted the main industry leaders, Hello bank! decided to entrust Lindbergh, a company of the Roncaglia Group specialised in Loyalty and CRM, the creation and management of a new and innovative member get member project that, thanks to the system created, fully embraces the strategic and commercial plan of Hello bank! which for 2015, has set itself the challenging objective of increasing the customer base.
The winning project was created by an interdisciplinary team, a result of the synergy between the 8 companies of the Roncaglia Group.
